Grad News

The next SAFE GRAD parent meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30th, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the school library. Please show your support for your graduating son/daughter by attending the third meeting of the parent committee. There are lots of roles yet to fill.

Any students who ordered Grad clothing, the order was submitted before the holiday break and the Grad should be able to collect their clothing by early February.

Graduation photos will be taken during exam week on Thursday, January 31st. The photographers’ appointment schedules are now full so any students still wishing to have the photos taken should see Mr. Sculthorp to sign up for the waiting list. Sitting fees ($25) are paid directly to the photographer on the day of your appointment.
**Two additional photographers will now be coming on Wednesday, January 30th. Any student who missed the sign up for Graduation Photos can see Mr. Sculthorp in room 102 to sign up for a session.
All students should have this picture taken so they can be included in the yearbook and in the grad composite. If you are not planning to order pictures and do not require a set of proofs, a picture can be taken for yearbook purposes, however, an appointment still must be made. Students will receive a copy of the graduating class in a composite photo in their diploma packages; there is a 5.00 fee that must be paid at the time of the appointment.
This year, photo proofs will be mailed home with a few weeks of the sessions.

Cap and Gown fee collection will begin in February and should be paid to Mr. Sculthorp if you are planning to attend the formal convocation at St. Paul the Apostle Church on Monday, June 26th. The fee is $25 and includes the rental of the gown and purchase of the memento cap and tassel. If the Cap & Gown fee is not paid, you will not be able to cross the stage to receive your diploma during the ceremony.
